Kimberly is the founder of Reset & Refined Co., a Dallas–Fort Worth-based home organization company setting the standard for refined, functional living. With an MBA and a background leading national growth initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, she brings a rare blend of strategic insight, precision, and elevated design to every client experience.
Long before launching her business, Kimberly was organizing anything she could get her hands on—closets, cabinets. A lifelong perfectionist with an eye for detail, she’s been decluttering and systemizing since she was old enough to reach a drawer.

Our team specializes in creating beautifully tailored spaces that blend style with purpose, transforming clutter into calm and homes into sanctuaries. Raised in Chicago and now based in Dallas, Kimberly has built a reputation for delivering results that go far beyond aesthetics. She leads with a thoughtful, client-first approach—bringing clarity, calm, and confidence into every project.
When she’s not curating interiors, Kimberly can be found fishing on her family’s farm, spending time with her nine nieces and nephews, traveling, or training for her next marathon for charity.
