Status: 1099 Contractor (not W-2)

Overview:
Reset & Refined Co.™ is looking for polished, client-focused Professional Organizers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for order, aesthetics, and creating beautifully functional spaces. Our ideal candidate is organized, efficient, friendly, and able to support clients through transformative home projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort, categorize, and organize spaces including kitchens, closets, pantries, playrooms, and garages
• Assist with product selection, labeling, and spatial design
• Collaborate with clients to understand lifestyle needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean, non-judgmental, and uplifting presence in client homes
• Work closely with the lead organizer or project manager to execute full-home transformations
Requirements:
• Experience in organizing, design, home staging, or similar preferred
• Strong visual eye and attention to detail
• Comfortable lifting bins, boxes, and working on your feet for extended periods
• Discretion, professionalism, and great people skills are a must
• Reliable transportation required
• Background check required prior to hire
• Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor
